David J. Branda practices in the area of divorce law, matrimonial law, child custody law, family law, and domestic violence law. David practices primarily in Superior Court of New Jersey, and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Prior to work as a family attorney, David was an experienced civil litigator, working on cases related to insurance claims, patent and trademark cases, and commercial and financial litigation.
David obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from York College of Pennsylvania, where he was awarded a Merit Scholarship. During his time in college, David conducted independent research, and presented his findings at both international and local conferences. He obtained his Juris Doctorate at Rutgers University School of Law. Following law school he served a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Maureen B. Mantineo, Family Part Judge in Hudson County, New Jersey.
